“I simply love filming weddings, capturing those unique moments, candid laughs, the details and decors on which the couple worked so hard for so many months. Somerled enjoys the process of creating the movie, the editing, color grading, audio design, etc. Producing wedding films is a huge responsibility. The couple has only one wedding day and as a videographer you cannot miss the beginning of the ceremony, of the toasts or cake cutting, you simply have to be ready for each single event, no matter what. It’s very challenging (sometimes even stressful) but how awarding! A few months later, after long hours in the editing room, we watch the movie(s). Then you really see how amazing that wedding was and how lucky we are to be able to present it to our couple.”

“Somerled started filming weddings back in 2008…

… and I fell in love with videography when I first saw his excellent work. I could not believe how beautiful wedding films could be. I started my training as a second shooter and soon after Somerled and I were working as a second team for one of the best videographers in Raleigh area, Phil McInnis. After few years when we decided to move to Asheville, we thought it’s about time we open our own studio. With my background in finance and Somerled’s in film, it was a natural step. And here were are!”
