Our Policies
Revival Creatives strives to please all our clients. To ensure both client and photographer share expectations we have created the below policies. Please take a few moments to read through them before your session:
Copyright
Revival Creatives retains the copyright to all work created by its photographers. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs without the express written consent of Revival Creatives. Revival Creatives reserves the right to use negatives, images, and/or reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes. If you do not wish for certain images to be used in our displays, public online galleries, or marketing materials please provide a written statement at with the specific instructions.
Style
Revival Creatives will not provide alterations that are outside of their original artistic vision. Your images will have variety, and sometimes a serious expression, looking away from the camera or even an artistic crop off of the top of the head will add to the emotion of your portrait. Please familiarize yourself and be comfortable with Revival Creatives’ style before hiring for your session.
Image Retouching
Basic retouching included (small facial scars and blemishes). Please let us know if would like any specific cosmetic retouching.
Online Photo Gallery and Ordering
Your online photo gallery will be available in approximately 3-4 weeks for portrait session, depending on the season. Online galleries will be made available for 30 days. If you should like us to print your photos, you can do this through your online gallery. Once print orders are approved (verbally or electronically) they are non-refundable. Replacements will be made on print defects only and will be ordered upon return of the defective prints.
